Hi, Meet Laverne!
Laverne is a Benefits Administrator at one of the 350+ Centralized Localities who use The Local Choice (TLC) Program. Each month, she reconciles benefits data for her locality. Yearly she conducts ACA Data Entry, updates the TLC Datasheet, and supports Open Enrollment. Locality User:
HR/benefits professionals who are responsible for administration of health benefit processes for their locality, and select locality employees who can utilize the self-service features to make benefit enrollment changes.
Hi, Meet Deborah!
Using Employee Self-Service (ESS), employees will be able to view information unique to them. Based on your agency set up, this can include the ability to view/update personal data, health benefits, view paystubs and W-2s, as well as manage timesheets, absence requests, and leave balances.
Employee Self-Service User:
State employees who have limited access and may be able to view/update personal information, benefit related information, timesheets, and payroll information.
